*** Comic world – Booth B#22 ***

 

- Manos Lagouvardos: Artist on the award winning Sci-fi comic series “Galaxia: Princess of the Stars” published by Comicworld Editions. Currently Manos is freelancing for various publishing companies and movie productions.

 

- Vasilis Logios: An up and coming artist, whose body of work includes the children’s book, ‘Playing with Dinosaurs’ and comic books such as ‘The Almighty Tycoon of Ninjas’, ‘Antidote’ and ‘Nayer: Fate’s Wraith’. His latest and first international work is a collaboration with writer Mario Covone for whom he has illustrated the title ‘Video Nasty’.

 

 

- Yannis "Rubus" Roumboulias: An award winning Greek artist whose latest work ‘Steam Engines of Oz’ has just been published by Arcana Comics. Other notable titles include ‘Syndrome’ for Comicdom Press, creator owned series ‘Chronicles of the Dragon phoenix’, ‘Deadly Harvest’ for Arcana and Gene Simmons’s ‘Zipper vs Dominatrix’ anthology.

 

- Gabriel Tompalides: An artist and art historian, Gabriel has had more than 20 gallery exhibitions in Europe and has self-published several comics. He is best known for his paintings, illustrations and collaborations with NET (National Hellenic Television) as well as tons of independent publications in Greece.

- Andy Genen: Luxembourgish artist and writer Andy Genen artist on ‘The Red Puma’ has contributed to a number of titles including ‘Josh Howard Presents Sasquatch and Comix’.

 

- Romano Molenaar: Dutch Artist, Romano Molenaar has worked on numerous US titles including ‘X-men Unlimited’, ‘The Darkness’, ‘Detective Comics annual’, ‘Birds of Prey’, ‘Storm’ and ‘Ember/Roodhaar’.

 

*** Alien Puppet Studios – Booth #25 ***

 

-Federica Manfredi: Federica has worked for a number of publishers including Devil's Due (‘Hack/Slash’), Marvel Comics (‘Amazing Fantasy’; ‘Spider-Man Family’; ‘Wasp and Giant Man’), IDW (‘Angel’, ‘Spock Reflection; Captain's Log’: ‘Sulu’; ‘Star Trek TOS’ – ‘Burden of Knowledge’; ‘True Blood’) and Dark Horse (‘Grindhouse: Bride of Blood’).

 

-Francesco Biagini: An Italian illustrator, Francesco has worked for a number of publishers including Soleil (‘Terra Inferno’), Boom! Studios (‘Higher Earth’, ‘Elric - The Balance Lost’, ‘Dingo’ and ‘Dead Run’), Graphic India (‘18 Days’) and Liquid Comics. He has also illustrated for online games ‘Zombie Redux’ and ‘Dues Ex Infernis’ as well as some CD Covers.

 

- Mauro Antonini: Is a prolific cartoonist and cross media critic and scholar of comics, films and pop culture in general. Mauro has worked for Sergio Stivaletti's special effects studios (The Invisible Man) and is the creator of the very popular web series ‘Piccioncinema’ and artist on various other web comics in both Italy and abroad, created under the nickname Manthomex.

 

- Enrico Galli: An Italian illustratator and Make-Up artist Enrico started by working for the Highdream Corporation (HL PRO). He is currently working as artist and colourist on the ‘Armarauders – The Last Battalion’ Comic book series and toy line published by Mecha Workshop.

- Apryiadi Kusbiantro: An Indonesian Artist, Apryiadi has had more than a dozen books published in both Indonesia and USA (Dark Horse comics). Currently he is working on his European debut ‘The Lost tales of Lemuria’, a brand new science fiction fantasy series that will be published in 7 European countries this summer. Alongside his painted work he also runs an animation studio in Yogyakarta where he provides commercials, trailers and special effects for television and movie companies.

 

- Przemyslaw Klosin: A Polish graphic designer Przemyslaw has recently had his first comic book published titled ‘Cell’ The comic will be published in both Holland and Belgium this summer.

 

- Patrick van Oppen: A well-known Flemish artist who has worked on several successful comic book series’ such as the critically acclaimed ‘Aspen’ and ‘Tom Boonen’ comic book series. He currently provides art for Sytse S. Algera's ‘De Vries’ and ‘24/7’ police series.

 

- Gerrit Willemse: The lead designer at Tingly games in Roterdam.He is currently working on a new project titled ‘ME’

 

- Sytse S. Algera:An author of several action comic book series that have been published in 7 European countries. He has written ‘Lemuria’, ‘Delta Four’, ‘Cell’, ‘De Vries’, ‘24/7’ and Maybelle. Syste is currently working on a new project titled ‘ME’.

 

- Ed van der Linde: A graphic designer who is well known in Holland by his character portraits of famous people. Ed has just started working on ‘MAYBELE’, a new comic series about a female detective who finds herself surrounded by men

Η φετινή σοδειά υπογραφών

 

 

Λείπουν τα Walking Dead Compendiun 1 και 2 (υπογεγραμμένα από τον Adlard και τα δύο), Avengers: Kree/Skrull War (μαζί με τις περσινές υπογραφές των Roy Thomas και Neal Adams φέτος μπήκε και του Tom Palmer) καθώς και 5-6 ακόμα τομάκια. Είμαι βλαμμένος!

 

Λεπτομέρειες και review από την επόμενη εβδομάδα γιατί τώρα έχουμε τρέξιμο

Πρέπει να εφεύρεις την κινητή βιβλιοθήκη. Αλλιώς σε βλέπω να παθαίνεις κάνα λουμπάγκο από το κουβάλημα.
