germanicus 179,199 Posted April 1, 2013 Share Posted April 1, 2013 Κόβουμε 4-5 μέτριες πατάτες στην μέση κατά μήκος και κατόπιν κάθετα και διαγώνια (κυδωνάτες). Τις βάζουμε στο ταψί και ψιλοκόβουμε μέσα 3-4 σκελίδες σκόρδο. Πασπαλίζουμε με λίγη ρίγανη ή θυμάρι και αλατοπιπερώνουμε. Για πιο ενισχυμένη γεύση, προσθέστε και λίγο σκόρδο σε σκόνη. Στίβουμε στις πατάτες τον χυμό από 1 λεμόνι και τις ανακατεύουμε πολύ καλά. Ρίχνουμε περίπου 1/2 ποτηράκι του κρασιού ελαιόλαδο, ξανά αλατοπιπερώνουμε (η πατάτα δεν χορταίνει το αλάτι), βάζουμε επάνω στις πατάτες και κατά τόπους, κομματάκια βούτυρο ή φυτίνη και σκεπάζουμε σφιχτά το ταψί με αλουμινόχαρτο. Ψήνουμε σε προθερμασμένο φούρνο για περίπου μια ώρα, ανάλογα με την ράτσα της πατάτας. Τα τελευταία 15 λεπτά, βγάζουμε το αλουμινόχαρτο, τις βρέχουμε με το ζουμί τους και τις αφήνουμε να ροδίσουν. Νιαμ ... Πλεονέκτημα: Πανεύκολη, παραδοσιακή, ελληνική συνταγή, οι πατάτες φούρνου, συνοδεύουν τέλεια όλα τα ψητά.
