I have French/Greek Background , currently living in Boston MA.
I am a silver age comic collector - my collection primarily has early Spiderman- Batman & Thor
With a lot of the key issues graded with CGC.
When I was young, I read some Greek History/Mythology title of the Classics Illustrated
And actually, found the 1st edition title for the Battle of Thermopylae in my collection - but none of the other.
So, my quest and adventure started just a few months back to collect the 1st edition titles Κλασσικά Εικονογραφημένα Α' Περιόδου
of the Greek Mythology/History titles.. The plan is to acquire the 1st edition titles , possible have some small restoration done i.e.. pressing and cleaning and put away. I am also looking to acquire some Κλασσικά Εικονογραφημένα 1000 series , just to read once again and bring back memories of my childhood.
My research brought me here and hopefully with your help and assistance I will be able to realize my goal.
There are some key titles that I am looking to locate and purchase and any assistance that you are able to provide would be greatly appreciated.
My last visit to Greece was in April 2018 , where I also attended the Athens Comic Con on a last-minute thing and just walked through the whole exhibit, without paying attention to pretty much anything. .. Unfortunately, back then my adventure to collect the Κλασσικά was not a reality.
